Streetlight Home Inspections provides inspections for pre-purchase and pre-sale evaluations of single family and multi-family residences, new and pre-owned houses, condominiums, and town houses. All inspections are impartial evaluations of the major elements of property; structural, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, roofing, etc.

During the inspection process both buyers and sellers gain valuable information. Buyers and sellers are encouraged to participate in the inspection process, though please remember that safety of all parties is top priority. Streetlight will provide a formal and comprehensive inspection report detailing conditions of each item inspected. Our inspections are done according to the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
